We collect real-time location data while you're on duty to assign nearby orders, provide navigation support, and allow customers to track deliveries. Location tracking stops when you go offline.
Your basic profile information (name and photo) is shared with customers for their orders. Location data is shared in real-time during active deliveries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your bank account and payment details are securely stored and used only for processing your earnings. We maintain records of all transactions for accounting and tax purposes.
We retain rider data for as long as you're active on the platform and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law for tax and legal compliance purposes.
